If I have to book a room immediately I can not book the one for calls or big meetings. This is not very useful, for me the best is keeping the ista Booking but give also the user the possibilities to book from normal engine and choose his own room in the campus

Hi Davide, with version 2.1.0 we have released the QR code scan that allows you to immediately book the room you prefer. Just go to the door, scan the QR code and book it from that moment, if the meeting room is available of course. Hope this solves your problem!
